RETURN POLICY
We are sure that you will be happy with our products. Otherwise, if you are not satisfied with your purchase send an email to info@guchagucha.com and we get back to you with the possibility of exchange. Please include the product´s code, size and the reason why you are not satisfied with the product, in you email. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error. All returned products must be unwashed and unworn. Exchanges must be made for products of equal value or less.

Por favor incluya el código del producto, la talla y la razón por la que no está satisfecho con la compra, en el correo electrónico. Los gastos de envío son responsabilidad del cliente a menos que la devolución se deba a un defecto del producto o error de envío. Todos los productos devueltos deben estar sin lavar y sin uso. 各プロドゥクトをお買い上げごとに、この基本送料に2 €ずつ加算されていきます。
（プロドゥクトを一つお買い上げの場合の送料は9 €、二つお買い上げになりますと送料は11 €、三つ目は13 €というように2 €ずつ足していってください。）
