Since our shop and studio are connected, we will sometimes open up outside of our regular hours. If you see us working behind the curtain, feel free to knock on the door. Or send us a quick message via email or Instagram.

FAQs

  • We screen print everything by hand in our Chicago studio, unless otherwise noted. We’re a team of two people and sometimes get help from other vendors to keep things in stock while we focus on new ideas.

    If a product or part of a product is made elsewhere, we will say so in the description.

  • We do not offer custom printing. We print our products out of love for creativity, and printing for others does not bring the same fulfillment.

  • No is the short answer. We simply are a studio/shop of 2. We try our best to do the combo of design + medium to print on that a customer would like, but ultimately we create these pieces for our own artistry and on our own terms.

  • We currently don’t offer any other services or products other than what is available on our website and shop.

  • This is something we grapple with. On one hand, we have serious design FOMO! But on the other, we know we have to keep investing our creativity into Gucha Gucha to a point where it’s self-sustaining and something we’re proud of.

    Long story short, yes but under some heavy circumstances. We work with clients that see us in a role as the design experts. We’d hope the client we collaborate with is open to holistic branding that touches into marketing, voice and tone, brand core values, packaging, and even interior spaces.

  • This is something we’re actively working on! Due to the nature of the pandemic it’s been a moral dilemma of how can we create a simple print and sip workshop while keeping visitors and ourselves safe?

Shop Rules

  • Not once it’s shipped, but anytime before that, sure. Just email or text us with your name and order # to cancel an order.

  • Sorry to hear that, please fill out this form and we’ll look into figuring out this mess together. Thank you for your patience as we are a team of just two people.

  • We are a very small studio/shop and accept returns on a case by case basis. Please email us or fill out the form above if you’d like to return an item.

  • We ship domestically using USPS First Class for items less than 1 lb. and Priority Mail for the rest. If there is an error in calculating a shipping price, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can fix it.

    Our goal is to ship within 48 hours of your order and will let you know if there is a delay for whatever reason.

    An order can take up to one week to reach its destination, depending on the shipping method and how USPS is feeling that week.

  • We currently ship to Canada and Mexico through our online shop. For other countries, please contact us using the form above.

  • Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders to be delivered.

    If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please feel fill out this form and we’ll look into it.

  • We produce in small batches to avoid overstocking and are always thinking about how our work impacts the community. Because of this we choose our wholesale friends very thoughtfully and will not be able to accommodate every inquiry.
